Details of the  ongoing timetable for the Local Plan Review beyond Cabinet in December…

• Cabinet to consider Regulation 19 Pre-Submission Draft Plan: 7^th December (papers published Friday 27^th Nov)
• If agreed, consultation on the Pre-Submission Reg 19 Local Plan: Mid-December – end of January 2021 (seven week consultation proposed)
• Full Council to consider the Submission version of the Local Plan: March 2021 (new date to be arranged)
• If agreed by Full Council, Submission of the Local Plan to Government: April 2021
• Independent Examination in Public (EiP): April 2021 – March 2022 (please note this is an estimated timeframe)
• Adoption: May 2022 (Estimate based on the length of the Examination).
