Non Material Amendment to amend the approved landscaping scheme on planning permission 19/03494/FUL by varying condition 4 to read: Landscaping shall be undertaken in accordance with drawing ref. 18-120-04 Rev B, and planting shall be completed within the first available planting season following first occupation of the dwellings. Reason: To ensure the provision of amenity and biodiversity afforded by appropriate landscape design.
