Discharge of Conditions 3 (Historic Buildings Record), 4 (Basement Schedule of Work) and 5 (Details of Services: Internal and External) on Planning Permission 16/01732/LBC for the change of use of two ground floor rooms (Use Class B1a) into residential accommodation (Use Class C3) and the conversion of residential storage space in the basement into residential accommodation with the provision of a replacement window to face Swan Hill, to include general redecoration and internal repairs affecting a Grade II Listed Building
